90 rebuild photo gallery online

I finally got the build gallery for the challenge 90 project online. You can see the whole thing on the Devon 4x4 website There is also a bit of video of us in action on the Decider challenge, search YouTube for 'Decider Trophy'

We made it... one down, plenty to go !

Well... after many late nights and a lot of skinned knuckles we got the Challenge 90 to the start line of the forst event in Wellington. Challenge South West ran the event called the 'De-Cider', sponsored by Deovn 4x4 over 2 days in some pretty tough terrain.

Right up to the day before, we didn't know if we were going to get there... the 90 finally went for MOT at 5pm the day before the event... a tense hour later and we were hurtling off to the post office to get it taxed so that we could leave at 7am the next morning !! Land Rover 90 rebuild

Well.. the rebuild of the 90 at work is going along OK. The workshop lads set about the chassis and got it all stripped and cleaned. They also put the engine and box in place so we could crack on. Most of the wiring is now complete and we've started putting body panels on the truck. It's a race against time to get it up and running before the event in a couple of weeks. Jake and I will be putting it through its paces there, so we need to make sure it all works !
