It doesn't seem like a year ago, but the MOT is due on the 90 again.
The bumper on the 90 has been looking shabby for some time and I've been promising that I'll get on and replace it for ages.
In June 2011, I took delivery of another Land Rover 90. This time, it's a 200 tdi hardtop.
Well, after a lot of messing about we finally got the V8 to fire up. It's not running perfectly, but at least it's progress ! Video below:
Sunday, wrote Mr Kipling. . . . Daz came over today to do a bit of work on the 90 project.
OK, it's a bad pun, but we had a bit of a blitz on a couple of areas of the build today.
A few years back, Darren (a friend of mine) and I started building him a 90.
It had been a long-term goal to build a decent overland camper for weekends away mountain biking and for the occasional longer overseas trip.
No longer in my possession, but I thought it was worth putting a little tribute page up to my old 90.
